The Agentic Copy-Trade Vault · Robinhood Chain

The meme that buys what Congress buys.

For years, Congress has quietly out-traded Wall Street. $CONGRESS mirrors those disclosed trades onchain — and streams the real tokenized stock straight to holders.

The Investment Committee Who sets the portfolio

$CONGRESS's portfolio isn't picked by us. It's set by Congress's most-watched traders — mirrored from their public filings, by transparent rules. Meet the committee.

PELOSI

Nancy Pelosi

Founding Partner & Chief Investment Officer · D · CA

The undisputed GOAT of the game. Four decades of uncannily well-timed technology positioning — all dutifully disclosed. If the Committee has an alpha, it starts here.

Watched positions: NVDA · AAPL · GOOGL · TSLA
KHANNA

Ro Khanna

Managing Partner, Tech · D · CA

Silicon Valley's man on the Hill and one of its most active filers. If it ships chips, he's seen the disclosure.

NVDA · MSFT · GOOGL
GOTT.

Josh Gottheimer

Partner, Markets · D · NJ

A fixture on every "most active trader" list. Never met a disclosure window he didn't use.

AAPL · AMZN · META
TUB.

Tommy Tuberville

Partner, Senate Desk · R · AL

The upper chamber's busiest ticket-writer. From the sidelines to the order book.

TSLA · NVDA · PLTR
CREN.

Dan Crenshaw

Partner · R · TX

Eyes on the market (well, one). An active book and a sharp read on where things are heading.

MSFT · AMD · PLTR
GREENE

Marjorie T. Greene

Partner, Special Situations · R · GA

Famous for buying the dip when others panicked. High conviction, higher volume.

RULES

The Consensus Rule

How a name gets in

A stock joins the vault if Pelosi holds it or 2+ partners agree. Reviewed weekly. Equal-weighted. Transparent.

How It Works Tax in, real stock out
STEP 01

Trade pays tax

Every buy (2%) and sell (6%) routes into the on-chain vault. Automated.

STEP 02

Agents flag, vault buys

AI agents catch the filings; the vault buys the tokenized blue-chips Congress holds — NVDA, AAPL, MSFT and more.

STEP 03

Instant dividends

Real stock is streamed to holders in real time, by your share. Auto-received.

STEP 04

10,000 to qualify

Hold at least 10,000 $CONGRESS and your wallet earns.

How you actually get paid: tokenized shares (NVDA, AAPL…) land in your wallet automatically, pro-rata to your $CONGRESS — no claim, no gas dance. Distributions scale with trading volume.

The Congress-Consensus Rules Rebalanced weekly

Inclusion

A stock is IN if Pelosi holds or buys it, or if 2+ committee members hold the same name — a consensus signal.

Removal

A stock is OUT if fewer than two members hold it and Pelosi doesn't — or it's being net-sold.

Weighting

Qualifying names are equal-weighted, capped at ~8–10, drawn only from liquid tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain.

Cadence

Reviewed once a week as new filings post. Transparent rules, no discretion.

Note: congressional filings are disclosed up to 45 days after a trade. $CONGRESS tracks disclosed holdings, not live trades. Yes, we know. That's the joke.
